By accessing and using PodcastAI ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.
PodcastAI is a software-as-a-service platform that automates podcast production from industry news, including AI-generated scripts and text-to-speech audio synthesis.
You must create an account to use our Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it updated.
Our Service is offered on a subscription basis. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. Prices may change with 30 days notice. Refunds are provided at our discretion.
Each subscription tier includes limits on episodes per month. Exceeding these limits requires upgrading your plan. We reserve the right to throttle or suspend accounts that abuse the Service.

You retain ownership of your content and generated podcasts. You grant us a license to process and store your content as needed to provide the Service. Our platform, branding, and technology remain our intellectual property.
We integrate with third-party services including AI providers (OpenAI, ElevenLabs) and publishing platforms. Your use of these integrations is subject to their respective terms of service.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE. AI-GENERATED CONTENT MAY CONTAIN ERRORS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these terms.
We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases. We may delete your data after termination.
We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of Denmark. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Denmark.
